Accounts Payable Processing Co-ordinator (0812)


The Team

The Team is responsible for all aspects of Accounts Payable and expense reimbursement. They also manage the movement and reconciliation of all funds into and out of the firm’s office bank accounts for all of their offices.

The Opportunity

You will have an opportunity to work within an international law firm, in a team and department that are looking to further improve efficiencies and streamline/automate working processes. You will oversee and guarantee that all processing work through the Chrome River and Billback systems is delivered, ensuring appropriate allocations of costs have been carried out and control processes have been followed at all times.

You will oversee junior team member and ensure immediate queries and training points are covered onsite.

Who we’re looking for

You will have already gained some experience of working in a similar large or corporate firm, with consistent exposure to high volumes of work and the respective pressure. Previous relevant experience of using Chrome River, or a similar cost automation platform is strongly preferred. Excellent VAT knowledge is vital.

You will have experience of working in a senior capacity, being a local point of contact, managing and delating work pro-actively to more junior member of the team. Ideally you will have experience of working independently of team members in different locations.

Successful candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to organise, prioritise workloads according to deadlines for own role and that of the junior team members. Confidence in delegating work independently and without consistent reliance on the AP Supervisor is essential.
